This US stereo pressing (ST17102) is the Stray Cats third studio album, recorded in 1983 and produced by Dave Edmunds. The sessions continued the bands modernized rockabilly approach, combining upright bass, vintagestyle guitar work, and 1950s rhythmandblues influences. The album includes (Shes) Sexy + 17, one of the groups highestcharting US singles, and features contributions from the core trio: Brian Setzer, Lee Rocker, and Slim Jim Phantom. Released on EMI America, the record reflects the bands commercial peak during the early1980s rockabilly revival.
