ORTHODOX’s fusion of chaotic rhythms, pushed-to-the-breaking-point riffing and explosively emotive vocals has refined itself to a bleeding edge proposition on tracks like “Sacred Place” or “Searching For a Pulse,” with help elsewhere by Mastodon drummer / vocalist Brann Dailor, Boundaries vocalist Matt McDougal and Comeback Kid frontman Andrew Neufeld.
