In 2004 Swedish melodic death metal kings released The Arrival, by then the ninth album by Peter Tgtgren (guitars, vocals), Mikael Hedlund (bass), and for the last time with Lars Szke behind the kit. Yet, an ending proved to be a beginning with ‘Eraser‘ becoming one of the group’s most successful tracks while offering further highlights like ‘Stillborn‘, ‘Slave to the Parasites‘, ‘The Departure‘ and the re-recorded ‘The Abyss‘, originally composed during the “The Fourth Dimension” era. Now, 20 years after its release, The Arrival is finally available on vinyl again!
