Acumen Nation’s legendary 1995 album Transmissions From Eville will be heading to the vinyl presses this fall as part of a new initiative by Cracknation Records and Distortion Productions. 2025 marks the 30th anniversary of an album that helped kick-start the mid 90’s Coldwave movement in the U.S. industrial music scene. The single ‘Gun Lover’ went on to be a staple on many DJs playlists around the country and catapulted Acumen Nation (then known only as Acumen) into the spotlight. With heavy guitars embedded in the lush electronic structure of Acumen’s songs, Transmissions became a must have album for any fan of industrial music.
